We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, after which the order is shipped.

Standard Tracked 

Tracking number will be provided once the order is processed.

Please note that all days mentioned are “working days”.

Also note that our shipping times are estimates and not a guarantee. If there is any package that has not arrived in time, we will raise the query with the postal service as all our packages are registered and the enquiry can take upto 20-30 days. So, any refunds for non delivery can only happen after that enquiry period.

Tracking number will be emailed once the label is created. 

Tax & Duties

EU: 

We only collect VAT for EU countries for orders under €150. Anything above €150, we won’t collect any tax or duties and these charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office. 

Rest of the world: 

You will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees when the package arrives in your country. These charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office.
