How big are the prints?

Our prints do vary in size. Sizing can be found in the info section of each product.

How big are the mousepads?

Our mousepads have a diameter of 20cm and a height 3mm

How big are the coasters?

Our coasters have a diameter of 9cm and a height 3mm

Do you use good quality paper?

We use very good quality paper at a thickness of 220 microns.

What size frame should I get?

Ideally as per the sizing mentioned for each poster.

- PACKAGING -

How are the prints packaged?

Prints are packaged in a strong, sturdy postal tube to ensure safest handling when in transit.

                       

How are the mousepads & Coasters packaged?

Mousepads & Coasters are packaged in poly bubble wrap envelopes to ensure safe handling

                     

If I buy a print & a mousepad / coaster, how are they packaged?

We package the mousepad and print together in the mailing tube - you need not worry about any damage to either of them, as the mousepads/coasters are soft and the prints are sturdy.

How is the clothing packaged?

We pack clothing in a ziplock bag and then put into to a bubble mailer for extra protection. 

If you order any clothing and prints together, we send them in a bigger cardboard box or separately. If in the same box, the print is still in a tube, inside the bigger cardboard box.

Do you ship internationally?

 How long until I get my delivery?

 This will be dependent on the shipping option you chose. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately not so please bear this in mind before you place your order. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from us after your item has been shipped with a tracking number. You may use the tracking number here

I’m from the EU, do I need to pay VAT?

Please note that EU countries now charge VAT for Non-EU items below €150, we collect VAT at our checkout for any orders below €150. Anything above €150, we won’t collect any tax or duties and these charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office. 

What shipping options do you provide?

We try our very best to ensure your posters arrive in the best condition possible. Although we try our very best, sometimes posters may inherit slight creases in transit. Wind It On The Move cannot be held responsible for any slight imperfections picked up in transit though we will aim to rectify the situation to appease both parties.
